Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp for High School and College Athletes  starts June 13th!

San Jose Strength Coach’s Strength and Conditioning Camp is a 2, 3, or 4 day per week sports performance and injury prevention training program for all sports.  The 6 week camp is designed to improve athleticism through sport-specific, functional strength + conditioning techniques led by professionals.  The indoor workouts focus on sport-specific strength, power and dynamic flexibility.  While the outdoor session(s) emphasize speed, agility, conditioning and skill development.

Programs

Athleticism Development Program

  • For Ages 11-13 (middle school)
  • Emphasizes general athleticism and fundamental movements
  • 60 Minute Sessions, 2x-3x per week.

Total Sports Performance

  • For Ages 14+ (High School and College Athletes)
  • Emphasis on sports performance training and injury prevention
  • 90 Minute Sessions, 2x-5x per week.
